Waterway House Nottingham

A new city-centre housing development

A new city-centre housing development yards away from Nottingham train station.

Midlands-based Rainier Developments is developing plans for circa 190 new one- and two-bed apartments in the heart of Nottingham city centre.

In an unrivalled position to travel locally and regionally with excellent tram and rail connections on the doorstep, the proposed new Waterway House will help meet Nottingham’s local housing need whilst encouraging residents to use public transport.

In line with Nottingham City Council’s commitment to become the first carbon neutral city in the country by 2028, the new homes have been designed to include green roofs, solar panels and air source heat pumps.

Following local consultation, Rainier has submitted a planning application to Nottingham City Council. Planning application reference - 23/01897/PFUL3.

On this website you can find more detail about the proposals and read our handy FAQs.
