Wavensmere Homes and Redford Developments have partnered with VervLife to prepare an application for a new co-living project at the heart of Nottingham’s vibrant city centre.

Located just two minutes’ walk from Nottingham Railway Station in the canal-side quarter, and adjacent to the NET, Waterway House will offer circa 320 new high-quality co-living apartments and amenities for its residents.

Designed to the highest architectural standards, and including a gym, padel court, communal dining area and co-working space, the development is set to be managed by VervLife, a multidisciplinary property manager of build-to-rent and co-living spaces, with experience operating over 50,000 residential units and high-quality residents’ amenities in locations across the UK.

WHAT ARE WE CONSULTING ON?

In 2024 an outline application for this site was approved by Nottingham City Council to bring forward residential development on this site. Following this, Wavensmere Homes, in partnership with Redford Developments, is now progressing the proposals and will be submitting a full planning application by the end of this year.
